Announces New Portfolio of SIP and Hosted Products at Channel Partners Show

Custom communications provider BCN Solutions Express has launched a new VoIP division to market SIP, hosted and UC solutions. The new business unit is using multiple platforms to provide a broad portfolio of VoIP and UC products to small and medium-sized businesses, large enterprises and call centers.

BCN Solutions Express has been providing the gamut of voice and data products to business customers exclusively through channel partners since it was founded in 2000. The company has been a VoIP and SIP Trunk provider since 2007. More recently, company management and engineers have been developing a new line of SIP and hosted VoIP products that extend far beyond the company’s traditional VoIP offerings.

"We’ve assembled a group of VoIP products and UC solutions that integrate non-real-time communications with real-time services such as instant messaging, presence, video conferencing and data sharing," says Tom McCrosson, chief executive officer of BCN Solutions Express. "These are cutting edge products that will give our channel partners something new and compelling to market at very competitive price points."

McCrosson adds that BCN Solutions Express’ technical, provisioning and support personnel have cultivated internal processes and best practices for engineering, installing and supporting BroadSoft and open source platforms as well as Microsoft’s hosted UC solution, which he intends to debut this fall. "We can help our channel partners deliver just about any SIP or hosted product regardless of size or scope," he says.

Channel support includes product training, customer needs assessment, sales engineering and back office assistance.
